HOW TO START A RETURN

To begin a return, email us at

within 30 days of receiving your order. Include:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you'd like to return
• A brief explanation (photos if damaged)

We'll reply with your Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions. Do not send anything back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

WHAT TO EXPECT

• All returns must be in good, clean, usable condition (no more than “try-on” wear).
• Returned items are not restocked; they're donated or responsibly recycled.
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take 3-5 more business days to appear on your statement (depending on your bank).
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain categories cannot be physically returned for safety or hygiene reasons. If you'd like to return any of the following, contact us first — we'll still do our best to make it right:

• Food, plants, or other perishables

• Medical or sanitary products

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receipt. We may request photos. We'll send a prepaid return label and ship a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost.

FRAUD PROTECTION

To maintain a fair policy, we reserve the right to deny or limit returns in cases of suspected abuse (e.g., repeated “empty-box” returns). This does not affect your right to a legitimate refund under our 30-day money-back guarantee.

At this time, we only provide service to the U.S. As such, our 30-day guarantee applies only to U.S. orders.
